OUR GENERAL POLICY
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, condition along with all packaging and accessories. If you believe your product is defective, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you wish to return or exhange your Be|Lumos product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Upon receiving your RA#, please return your item(s) within 14 days in order to receive a refund or exchange.
If you decide to return an item(s) to Be|Lumos, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Be|Lumos. Please note that the shipping amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
